Una logo Locked out of your computer/account and unable to access the resources on the IT Support Portal?

Important Update: Changes to Phone Support Languages

Starting from 1st August, please be advised that our IT support phone lines will be available in English only. We are making this change to streamline our support services and ensure that we can provide the most efficient assistance possible.


Instructions:

If you are not able to access the support you need, including Una, the Self Service Password Reset portal, or the Bitlocker recovery portal, you can use the appropriate emergency telephone number below to connect with an Integrated Helpdesk (IHD) agent to assist in resolving your issue.  The emergency telephone support option can be used in the following circumstances only:

  1. Your Unilever account is locked out and you have been unsuccessful in using the Password Reset option provided on the IT Support Portal.
  2. Your Unilever computer is completely inoperable, and you are not able to access the standard Unilever support options (Una, Self Service Password Reset, Bitlocker Portal, etc.)

Use of the below telephone support option is for emergencies only.  If you do not meet the requirements listed above, you will be redirected back to Una to live chat with an IHD agent.
